Ingredients

  • 3 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened *optional
  • ยผ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ยผ teaspoon nutmeg
  • โ…› teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 dash pink salt
  • ยผ cup maple syrup
  • ยผ cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • in a large bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut, sliced almonds, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Add in maple syrup and vegetable oil and mix until well combined.
  • Spread evenly on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 250'F for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove from oven, turn with a spatula and place back in the oven for another 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely and then break up your granola into large and smaller chunks and store in an airtight container.
