Whole tea leaves require longer steep times, and with the addition of a handmade gift label, anyone can brew the perfect cup!

Winter Spice Holiday Blend
½cuporganic black tea leavessuch as Earl Grey
2 tablespoonsliced almonds
2tablespoonwhole clove buds
1organic orange peeldried and diced
¼teaspoonfresh grated nutmeg
8small cinnamon sticks
Chocolate Peppermint Blend
½cuppeppermint tea leaves
¼cupDutch process cocoa powder
2tablespoonfinely chopped cacao nibs
Vanilla Rose Rooibos Blend
½cuprooibos tea leaves
¼cupdried rose petals
1vanilla beanfinely diced (or ½ teaspoon dried vanilla bean seeds)
For the Winter Spice Blend:
Prepare the dried orange peel: using a vegetable peeler, remove a thin layer of peel from the orange and place on a cooling rack. Leave to dry a room temperature for 12 hours.Cut the dried peel into small pieces.
Mix the orange peel and remaining ingredients together (except the cinnamon sticks). Store in an airtight container until ready to brew.
For the Chocolate Peppermint Blend:
Sift the cocoa powder into a small bowl. Stir in the peppermint leaves and cocoa nibs.Store in an airtight container until ready brew.
For the Vanilla Rose Rooibos blend
Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl.Store in an airtight container until ready to brew.
To Brew: Use 1 rounded teaspoon of tea blend per 250ml of kettle boiled water. Place tea blend in a reusable tea bag or tea strainer and place in your favourite mug with hot water. Let steep for 5-10 min. Sweeten to taste. For the winter spice blend, steep with 1 cinnamon stick tossed into your mug.
