Ingredients

  • 250 g 2 cups Cantaloupe, chopped
  • 150 g 1 cup Honeydew Melon, chopped
  • 250 g 2 cups Watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons rose water optional
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon raw unpasteurized honey or maple syrup
  • 150 g 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In your favourite high-powered blender (I recommend Vitamix), add all the ingredients in the order listed. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Serve immediately.

  2. It doesn't get easier than that.

Recipe Notes

Rose water is not mandatory, so feel free to omit if its not your thing. I make my own rose water which is quite subtle, however, you may want to start with a smaller amount if your rose water is particularly strong. Flavour to your liking. I've also enjoyed this smoothie without added honey/sweetener and it's just as good!
