On the blog is my latest recipe for this deep dish pumpkin pie for all my friends down south, or for any of my Canadian friends who may just want more pie.  It's beyond good and you would never know it was made without eggs or cream. .
And, if you're like me, you may not enjoy working with pie crust. Well, to solve that problem, this recipe is made with a super simple olive oil crust which you just press right into the pie plate...the crust bakes up so flaky and tender! Grab the link in my profile. .
